TONE is your lower body strength class focused on building strength and shape from the waist down.
We combine compound and isolation exercises to target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and inner and outer thighs — with core seamlessly woven throughout.
We begin with a focused glute activation series using booty bands, then move into slower, controlled strength work using YBells and step risers to increase resistance and range.
By dialing into tempo and technique, we create deeper muscle activation — delivering that signature burn and real results where it matters most.
Expect to walk out stronger, tighter, and feeling it in all the right places.

SCULPT is our Pilates-inspired class — done our way.
Small, targeted movements for your core, legs and glutes, delivered in a faster-paced, HIIT-style format that keeps the burn high and the energy up.
We focus on the smaller stabilising muscles and ligaments that support your body — helping you move better and get more out of your strength training.
Using booty bands, ankle weights, Pilates balls and blocks, every exercise challenges control, coordination and endurance.

PUMP is your full body strength class using Barbells and YBells to build strength, control and total body muscle.
We combine structured sequences with time under tension and controlled tempo — challenging your muscles in a smarter, more effective way.
Designed to create a strong, balanced, feminine physique, PUMP builds lean muscle and base strength while increasing overall energy output.
This is where strength meets precision — refining technique, improving performance, and supporting everything you do in and out of the studio.

SWEAT is HIIT — but not as you know it.
This is our full body strength + cardio class, combining short, sharp intervals with light weights and dynamic movement to elevate your heart rate and challenge your entire body.
Using YBells, dumbbells and step risers, we fuse strength, cardio and coordination into one seamless workout — incorporating bone loading drills designed to support bone density and long-term health.
Expect a fast-paced, music-driven session that leaves you feeling energised, accomplished and riding that endorphin high.

DEFINE
DEFINE is your upper body strength class designed to create definition where it counts.
We target your back, shoulders, arms and core with focused compound and isolation movements that build strength and shape your upper body.
This is where you develop defined, lean arms, sculpted shoulders, and the kind of upper body that changes how you stand, move and carry yourself.
Because toned arms are the new abs.
Expect a challenging, well-structured session that leaves your upper body streamlined, strong and seriously worked.

RELEASE
Stretch • Restore • Reconnect
RELEASE is a 60-minute stretch and mobility session designed to lengthen, open and restore your body. Using props like blocks, bands and bolsters, you’ll move through deep, supported stretches and gentle release work to ease tension, improve flexibility and recover from training.
We finish with breathwork and guided meditation to calm your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, clear and completely recharged.
