ELEVATE is our signature Small Group Strength Coaching, combining structured split-body programming with progressive strength training to help women build confidence, move well and get stronger—one session at a time.

ELEVATE is more than a workout—it's a coaching experience.

These 45-minute Small Group Strength Coaching sessions combine progressive programming with expert coaching to help you build strength, refine your lifting technique and train with confidence. With just 8 women per session, you'll receive personalised coaching, technique corrections and the support to progress safely, week after week.

    Capped at just 8 women, every ELEVATE session provides the coaching, attention and accountability of personal training within a motivating small-group environment. Our progressive split-body programming ensures each session has a clear focus, helping you build strength, refine technique and achieve lasting results.

    Every ELEVATE session is designed around progressive programming and expert coaching. Using barbells, dumbbells, YBells and functional training equipment, you'll develop strength, master lifting technique and build confidence through purposeful, structured training that progresses week after week.

  • Train Your Way

    These Small Group Strength Coaching sessions are included in our weekly memberships.

    Not a member? You can still join us with a casual session, an ELEVATE 6-Pack, or a Hybrid 10 or Hybrid 20 Pass, which gives you access to both Group Classes and ELEVATE sessions.

    ELEVATE is the perfect complement to your regular Group Classes or other training, such as Pilates, running or walking—helping you build strength, improve technique and move with greater confidence.

Booking & Session Guidelines

  • ✓ Casual sessions: $49 per session (charged at time of booking).
  • ✓ ELEVATE 6 Pack: $270 ($45 per session — save $24).
  • ✓ 6 Packs are valid for 8 weeks from your first booked session.
  • ✓ All sessions run for 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
  • ✓ Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for a smooth start.
  • ✓ We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
  • ✓ Sessions cancelled within 12 hours, or missed for any reason, will be forfeited.
  • ✓ All purchases are non-refundable.
  • ✓ Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle to every session.

Structured Strength Programming

ELEVATE follows a structured split-body strength program designed to help you train with purpose while allowing your body time to recover, adapt and get stronger between sessions.

Each workout targets three key muscle groups, with sessions rotating throughout the week to ensure balanced strength development and consistent progression.

Our three rotating sessions include:

Hamstrings, Chest & Biceps
Quads, Back & Triceps
Glutes, Shoulders & Core

Attend one, two or multiple sessions each week to experience a complete, well-rounded strength program without repeatedly training the same muscle groups.

Designed for Progress

Every ELEVATE session is part of a progressive training plan, meaning each workout builds on the last to help you improve safely and consistently over time.

Our programming is designed to help you:

  • Build strength safely and effectively

  • Improve lifting technique and movement quality

  • Increase confidence with free weights

  • Develop balanced, functional strength for everyday life

Your training evolves every 8 weeks, introducing new exercises and challenges that keep your workouts fresh while continuing to build on the foundations you've already established.

The ELEVATE Session

Every 45-minute session follows the same proven coaching framework, allowing you to train with purpose while progressing safely from week to week.

PREP: Prepare your body for lifting with targeted mobility, activation and movement preparation based on the day's training focus.

BUILD: The main strength block where you'll progressively develop strength through structured exercises targeting the session's key muscle groups. Your coach will provide hands-on guidance, technique correction and personalised weight recommendations throughout.

PERFORM:Put your strength into action with a short, purposeful conditioning block designed to reinforce the day's movement patterns, improve work capacity and challenge you in a supportive environment.

RECOVER: Finish with guided stretching and mobility work to promote recovery, improve flexibility and leave you feeling refreshed for your next session.
