Our founder and director, Vix spent 30 years training women. It has given her the unique skill of being able to know what exercise regime would give any woman their desired results, just by looking at them. Her career has seen her evolve through workout trends and styles and brought her to a place where she so fully understands female health: the body, the mind and the heart, that she was able to devise a method that works it all in the most effective, and fun, way.

Daria

Daria is a holistic Health & Fitness coach, Rehab trainer, Access Bars Practitioner, former professional dancer.

She believes fitness is one of the ways of elevating personal growth as a lifestyle.

Daria is committed to empower you, to share her knowledge in ways that will make a real and lasting difference in your life.

Daria’s goal is for you to feel like the work you’ve done together is relevant and that it makes a measurable difference in your life. She is here to provide effective, fun and safe training advice that will help you to thrive, embrace who you really are, and enjoy life even more.

Daria

Daria is a holistic Health & Fitness coach, Rehab trainer, Access Bars Practitioner, former professional dancer.

Lulu

Lulu is a highly experienced and energetic trainer. With a background in dance, competitive cheerleading and gymnastics, you know a workout with Lulu is going to be nothing but endorphin pumping and high energy.
Lulu loves to make women feel strong and confident, both in and out of the studio and specializes in teaching women how to lift weights properly, along with her niche in booty building.

Along with her cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Lulu also has a Bachelors degree in public health and from this, is very passionate about creating healthy communities.

Lulu

Lulu is a highly experienced and energetic trainer. With a background in dance, competitive cheerleading and gymnastics, you know a workout with Lulu is going to be nothing but endorphin pumping and high energy.

Charlotte

Charlotte has a 200 hour yoga teacher training from San Diego and a Health Coach Certification from New York City.

She believes in the practice of moving our bodies to still our minds. Charlotte leads our Sunday FLOW Yoga class specifically designed to stretch and relax the muscle groups our strength classes target each week.

Charlotte’s goal is to bring you out of your head and into your body. She does this by specially curating flows, and setting an atmosphere for a tranquil experience that you’ll feel in every sense. Her classes encourage doing more of what feels good and less of what doesn’t. She welcomes any level of movement or stillness your body needs to wind down from the week.

Victoria is a certified Holistic Health & Mindset Coach and Group Exercise Instructor, who is extremely passionate about helping women feel good in their bodies so they can create the energy they need to live the life they deserve. With a background in competitive cheerleading and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Victoria seamlessly combines high-energy enjoyment with disciplined dedication in her classes. Expect to be inspired to push your boundaries, challenge your self-perceptions, and most importantly, have fun while feeling your absolute best. Victoria spent the first ten years of her career in financial services before transitioning to pursue her true passion in the health and fitness industry.
