Our founder and director, Vix spent 30 years training women. It has given her the unique skill of being able to know what exercise regime would give any woman their desired results, just by looking at them. Her career has seen her evolve through workout trends and styles and brought her to a place where she so fully understands female health: the body, the mind and the heart, that she was able to devise a method that works it all in the most effective, and fun, way.

Evangeline

Evangeline is an experienced Sydney-based yoga teacher of 15 years. She’s a lover of life and loves to share her passion for yoga with the world!
Her love of yoga started off with Bikram Yoga when she was living in San Francisco. Since, her early days of yoga, she has also expanded into learning and teaching other styles of yoga. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Aerial or Hammock Yoga, and Barre. ️

Evangeline

Evangeline is an experienced Sydney-based yoga teacher of 15 years. She’s a lover of life and loves to share her passion for yoga with the world!

Danielle

A certified Mat Pilates Instructor and experienced dance teacher, Danielle inspires high energy and maximum effort in her classes. Having trained in Ballet, Hip Hop, Latin, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics and Cheerleading, she got serious rhythm so get ready to work to the beat.

Tzippy

A mum of three girls, Tzippy knows how hard it is to prioritise fitness with work and parenting, so she’s big on sustainable, balanced workouts. Her origin story is that of a gym member turned trainer. She started working out with us in 2016 and loved it so much, qualified as a Punchfit Trainer with a Certificate 3 in Fitness three years later.

Tzippy

A mum of three girls, Tzippy knows how hard it is to prioritise fitness with work and parenting, so she’s big on sustainable, balanced workouts. Her origin story is that of a gym member turned trainer. She started working out with us in 2016 and loved it so much, qualified as a Punchfit Trainer with a Certificate 3 in Fitness three years later.

Claudia

Claudia is a lifelong devotee to sports and fitness, obtaining a Master in Sports and Business Management alongside a Master in Positive Psychology while at university. For ten years she’s instructed group fitness classes in the disciplines of Tone, Strength, Aqua, Dance, Aerobics, Step, Pilates and Yoga. No matter the class, Claudia is guaranteed to bring out your best.

Fabi

Fabi’s yoga journey started at age 17 and got her hooked right away. This also woke up her desire of wellbeing, which led her to study a degree in Psychology, to combine mental health with physical health. Fabi believes yoga is not only a physical practice (asana), but also a way of living your life with love and kindness. She is all about living life in the present moment and being thankful for your body every day.

Fabi’s yoga journey started at age 17 and got her hooked right away. Kaja

Kaja has over 8OO hours of teacher training and 8 years of certified teaching experience. She is a trained Actor/Dancer, and discovered her anchor and passion for Yoga during her tumultuous teens. She assisted on the Tibetan Rites program, as well as Hatha and Tantra Yoga in the early to late 90’s, however since 2013 has thrived sharing her passion all over Sydney and New Zealand. Kaja is a huge believer in the body being a temple and the power of love. Her classes are playful, fun and empowering, yet also rejuvenating and restorative.
