Yes, we offer both! You can choose from group classes, small group PT sessions or 1:1 personal training, depending on your goals and preferences.

Just yourself, a water bottle, a towel or exercise mat (to lay on top of ours) and comfortable activewear. We provide all the equipment and any extras.

Any class is suitable as we offer modifications in all classes. We are there to support you so that you can start with any preferred class on the timetable. However, our 730am and 930am classes are generally smaller in size, which means that we can give you more attention, if you are starting out.

Most members start out with 2-3 sessions per week and slowly build up to 4-5 sessions per week. We’ll help you build a sustainable regime based on your lifestyle, goals and recovery needs.

Yes! We offer a 10-Day Intro Offer for just $99. It’s the best way to try us out and immerse yourself in all our different classes (7 different class options)

All group classes are all held in the morning. Our small group PT sessions are held in the evening and our one on one PT sessions are held mid-morning till afternoon. Check out our timetable to find a class or session that suits you best!

We have a 12 hours cancellation policy for all our group classes and a 24 hour policy for all our private sessions. You will need to cancel, change or swap any booking before this time via the Bondi Vixen booking app to avoid a late cancellation fee being charged.
