STRENGTH BASED / CARDIO INFUSED / PILATES INSPIRED

  • TONE

    This female focused lower body strength workout has been designed to TONE your legs and booty to perfection.

    We use compound and isolation exercises, to target the glutes, quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, along with abdominals too.

    We focus first on glute activation via a booty band series, then use longer intervals and slow down the movements, adding YBells and step risers for added resistance and range.

    We focus not only on technique and tempo, but tightening and toning everything from the hips down.

  • SCULPT

    Join us barefoot on the mat and prepare to lift, squeeze and crunch your way to a strong core and powerful booty using tight and targeted Pilates-inspired moves against decreasing timed intervals.

    We use pilates apparatus in this low impact, high intensity class focusing on booty bands, ankle weights, pilates ball and core sliders to ignite your deep glute muscles, tone your legs and engage your core stabilisers.

    We start slow and controlled in the first set, up the pace and intensity in the middle, and finish fast for a final burn.

    A unique fusion of fitness meets Pilates, done our way.

  • SHAPE

    SHAPE is a full body strength workout combining the use of Y-Bells specifically, with multi-functional moves.

    We fuse upper and lower body movements into one exercise, this alone will skyrocket your metabolism, increase your calorie expenditure, and SHAPE your body like no other!

    We prioritise shaping lean muscle with the one aim of you feeling stronger.

    We slow down the reps so you can focus on using your YBells with great technique and coordination.

    This workout will not only turn you into a fat burning machine, it will also strengthen your mind and body.

  • PUMP

    PUMP is a full body strength workout, combining the use of Barbells and YBells to target all muscle groups.

    Designed specifically for strengthening and defining a perfectly balanced, feminine physique.

    We jam pack this structured 45 minute workout, making it ideal for women wanting a tight and streamlined body without the bulk!

    With a clear focus on increasing lean muscle and base strength via innovative training techniques, we burn a stack of calories in the process.

    Strength interval training will allow you to continue to burn calories way beyond the mat.

  • SWEAT

    HIIT, but not as you know it.

    Through bursts of high intensity interval training, our SWEAT class combines light weights, short intervals and a fast pace.

    This dynamic workout results in total body conditioning, increase in fitness, improved coordination and an elevated mood.

    We work with light YBells, step risers and your own body weight, set to amazing tunes guaranteed to get your heart pumping and body fat burning.

    An undeniably high calorie torcher, designed to work up a good sweat and leave you feeling high on endorphins!

  • BURN

    BURN purely focuses on strengthening & streamlining your arms, abs and core with an infusion of high intensity cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate and increase your fitness.

    This HIIT class is a combination of Barre inspired arm work and Pilates inspired ab work, designed to BURN your arms and set your abs on fire.

    The result is a strong core and lean body that not only ensures perfect posture but also allows you to train more efficiently, keeping you in peak physical shape and performance.

  • BARRE

    Our BARRE class is an intimate but comprehensive total body workout that lifts your booty, tones your thighs, defines your abs and arms, while burning fat.

    We always maintain core stability and whole body alignment, making every movement a full body exercise.

    A great way to strengthen muscles and burn calories without lifting weights.

    Focusing on lengthening while we’re strengthening.

    Suitable for all levels and abilities.
    Small groups of 7 participants per class.

  • SLOW FLOW

    Movement linked by breath, this dynamic style of yoga allows you to restore the body and feel your edges.

    As we flow through the Asana postures, breathing is our focus, leaning into strength and flexibility when it is challenged.

    This is for those who like to relax with movement rather than stillness.

  • YIN

    In this relaxing Yin class, we take postures for 3 to 5 minutes to really stretch the muscle groups and release tightness.

    A wholly restorative session, the slow pace allows time to reflect and listen to your body.

    The perfect way to reset after working hard.
