Who doesn’t want a flat tummy, lean long legs and taut muscle tone? Well with our Bikini Body Challenge, you’ll get all the training and support you need to make your bikini body a reality. It’s all about achieving your goals, so we’re big on focus and motivation (and we don’t mind a little healthy competition either!). Designed to help you get serious results fast, this program lets you take your pick from up to 20 group fitness classes per week. We recommend training 5-6 times per week, but you can do as many classes as you can fit into your schedule. Spaces are limited so get in quick!

The Bikini Body Challenge can now be taken as a 6 week or 12 week program.

You have the option to do this program for 6 weeks if you are under time restritction and want maximum results in minimal time or you can partake in the 12 week option for even better results (and a cheaper rate!).

The Bikini Body Challenge includes unlimited outdoor group training classes on beautiful Bondi Beach that gives you access to a variety of up to 20 possible classes each week.
A minimum of at least 5 to 6 classes a week are recommended, but this program allows you can undertake as many classes as you can pack into your schedule.
You have access to 2 morning classes (6am and 7am) aswell as 2 evening classes (630pm and 730pm), so you are welcome to train twice a day or double classes if you really want to turn up the heat! The choice and flexibility is yours!

This is an intensive regimen that will help women get big results in minimal time.

In addition to the signature Bondi Vixen classes on the timetable, the Bikini Body Challenge includes these exclusive benefits for participants:

Round 10 starts 1st September to 11th October, 2014

Round 11 starts September 29th – November 8th, 2014

Round 12 starts October 12th – November 22nd, 2014

Round 13 starts November 10th – December 20th, 2014

Round 14 starts January 12th – February 21st, 2015

Round 15 starts February 23rd – April 4th, 2015
