Semi Private Personal Training is the ultimate in building base strength, taking your training to the next level, keeping you lean, giving you energy to feel amazing and enjoying the process with other like-minded women.


Building lean muscle increases your energy levels by 3 to 4 times. Imagine feeling awesome every single day!


Limited to four women per group, Semi Private PT gives you a dedicated coach to help take your strength and fitness to the next level and build confidence to increase load safely.


We recommend two session per week as these 45 minute sessions will take you through an in-depth specific weight training program built on correct lifting technique and preparing you to lift heavier. With one session focusing on upper body (chest, back, shoulders, arms & abs) and the second session focusing on lower body (glutes, quads, hamstrings & core) to give your body the ultimate in PURE Strength.
