Head Vixen

Founder, CEO, Master Functional Trainer, and fitness expert, Vix Erber, is passionate about helping women feel confident and attractive at any age, empowering them by building strong bodies and healthy minds. For her, fitness is not about pushing yourself until you are sick, it is about fuelling your body with the right food, working your body to look good, and strengthening your mind to feel good.

Through mentoring and coaching women since 1991, Vix has developed holistic functional training programs suitable for women 20-50+, embracing nutrition, exercise and mindset. She knows that keeping a consistent fitness training regime is a key foundational block to building a successful and healthy life.

Most days you will find her at BV headquarters taking classes and meeting with all the new Vixens, and when she’s not in the studio, she is hanging out at Bondi Beach with her fur baby, Vegas.


Health and Fitness has always been a passion for me and hard work and perseverance are my weapons so you expect to be put to the test during one of my sessions.

With an extensive gymnastics background representing my home country Chile at the World Cups for Berna, Switzerland and Lisbon, Portugal and Vienna, Austria and Indianapolis, United States, Argentina, Peru, Australia and Germany.

Not only is am I an experienced Gymnast I am also qualified to teach Kickboxing, so if you need to let off a bit of steam and work on your self defence technique I am the one for you.


I have grown up immersed in the dance and fitness industry. Coming from a strong dance background, I have trained in Ballet, Hip Hop, Booty, Latin, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics and Cheerleading.

As well as being a highly experience dance teacher all over Sydney for over 6 years, I am also a fully certified Mat Pilates Instructor.

I take pride in my work and can guarantee high levels of energy, passion for fitness and a fully motivating workout when coming to one of my classes. I love challenging clients in a motivating, caring and patient environment.


I joined Bondi Vixen in 2016 and loved it so much it inspired me to become a trainer myself. I became qualified in Punchfit and obtained my Cert 3 in Fitness in 2019.

As a Mum of 3 girls I know juggling work, mumlife and exercise can be hard which is why I love Bondi Vixen, the sustainable approach and balanced workouts make a huge difference. I enjoy participating in the challenges losing 4.5kg on my first one! So you can be assured I know what you are going through and ready to help you every step of the way.

When I’m struggling with motivation, I tell myself that I’ll never regret a workout, but I’ll regret skipping one!


From the age of 17 I’ve had a love for sports and fitness, sacrificing my studies as a Civil Engineer in the pursuit of a Master in Sports and Business Management alongside a Master in Positive Psychology. Over 10 years in the fitness industry I have trained in Group classes with Tone and Strength methods, Aqua, Dance, Aerobics, Step, Pilates and Yoga.

I am passionate about what I do, continuously attempting to fuse proven fitness techniques with new and upcoming and innovative methods to bring out the best in my classes.
