Did you know that having sex three times a week can make you look 10 years younger and that sex is good for your skin? According to studies “It’s good for you to have good sex”.
Over a study spanning 10 years, results found that participants who were sleeping with a steady partner, on average three times a week, were perceived to be seven to 12 years younger than they actually were!
This is because regular sex promotes the release of hormones, including Testosterone and Estrogen, which can keep the body looking young. Estrogen has also been shown to promote soft skin and shiny hair.
Interestingly casual sex with different partners, or cheating, doesn’t slow the aging process and it may even cause premature aging from worry and stress!
So other than anti-aging what are the other health benefits of having sex?
*It will make you GLOW – this is no lie when your hear sex gives your skin a heavenly glow. Having sex improves blood circulation, which in turn helps to pump oxygen to your skin and make it brighter.
*It CLEANSES your pores – This really depends on how hot and heavy things get between you and your partner. But what if I told you that by sweating during sex you’re actually giving your face a free facial?! The sweat will actually clean your pores of the dirt, grime, and makeup residue you may have missed taking your makeup off in a hurry! 😉
*It can help CONTROL acne – Having regular sex reduces your hormone levels and actually balances them out, resulting in clearer, healthier skin.
*It PREVENTS dry skin – By having regular sex and getting your blood and oxygen flowing, you can keep dry skin away regardless of your age.
*It can help REDUCE pain – Having sex boosts the hormone Oxytocin which in turn boosts the body’s natural painkillers called Endorphins. Headaches, arthritis pain and PMS symptoms have been found to improve after sex.
So the moral of the story is DUDES time to buckle up and settle down!!!! 🙂
