The COVID19 Crisis has changed the Fitness Industry

In my 30 years’ experience training women and transforming bodies, we have never seen anything like this. What we do know is that if you don't adapt quickly then in this business you don't survive.

Your health and fitness has never been more important.  With many of our community in self isolation we knew we had to come up with alternative solutions for the Bondi Community.

Outdoor Group Fitness returns 18th May

Our Outdoor Group Fitness classes will be making a comeback on the 18th of May running 6 Days a week at 6.30am 7.30am, on Monday, Wednesday & Friday we will be running 9.30am class with the ability to increase as demand dictates so get your girls together and let’s get moving! Class numbers are strictly 9 max per session with and a 12 hour cancellation policy.

LIVE Zoom Workouts

LIVE Workouts are up and running! We will be using ZOOM for this, we can host up to 100 people per session and be very interactive with you - this is great to stay accountable when training from home with a set time to turn up and our trainers will be waiting to see you! These sessions will be using the Kettlebell and Booty Band, but suitable if you don't have those options - any weight (dumbells/ybells/weight plates) can be substituted.

On Demand Workouts

Bondi Vixen has an extensive library of video workouts in addition to our recorded live sessions.  Our Virtual Memberships includes unlocking access to our vast library and in-house Virtual Challenges. 

Daily HIIT workout emails

Members receive a Daily HIIT Workout straight to their inbox at 8pm the night before ready to start in the morning.  The HIIT sessions are body weight based with high intensity intervals. You are in control of the session with the number of rounds - 15mins, 30mins, 45mins the choice is yours.

Using Zoom

ZOOM Can be accessed via the app on your phone or on your laptop. You’ll be given a link to login. Once you log in make sure your camera and mic are activated so we can see and hear you. During the workout please mute your mic to ensure everyone can hear the workout so no need to worry about kids in the background (even better get the kids moving with you!) and you can select your own music!! Please log in 5 minutes early to ensure the tech is working. At the start time we will run through a warm up, then have a 30 minute workout with time to connect prior to finishing.
