CONQUER 28 is our premier 28 day transformation challenge, providing a structured system to help get you physically fit, lean and mentally strong. It includes 28 days of consistent and varied training sessions, super strict clean eating, positive reinforcement and support via weekly motivational emails, regular check in consults and a private group forum, plus a prize for the best transformation.
You will be working to hit your own goals, but alongside a team of Vixens to keep you accountable, inspired and motivated.
CONQUER 28 encompasses 3 key areas to put you on track to maintaining a healthy fitness regime:

The CONQUER 28 gives you unlimited access for 28 days to over 25 classes on the schedule each week. Together we will tailor a plan specifically for you and your availability, which we discuss at your initial fitness consult. We understand that it takes a combination of Strength, Cardio and Flexibility training to create the toned physique women are looking for. Eating well doesn’t need to be complicated. Bondi Vixen adopts the clean eating philosophy, cut out the processed foods and heavy carbs to create the CONQUER 28 Shred Plan. This plan is designed for busy women, giving you everything you need to prep for the week ahead with healthy, nutritious and tasty low calorie meals, giving you enough energy to get through the day plus help you shred unwanted fat.
We understand it takes support, connection and community to achieve a lifestyle change. Vix is there to guide you every step of the way with an initial consult to discuss your health and fitness goals and identify any road blocks, a half-way check in point to ensure you are on track and haven’t slipped, plus a final consultation to discuss your results and identify your success strategy. Included in this program is weekly motivational emails that are synced to how you are feeling on specific days throughout the shred process - keeping you encouraged and focused. We also include a private group forum where all challengers can interact with each other via healthy meal pics or daily successes, a platform to ask questions any time and a place for the Vixen team to post daily inspo and education.

I run my own business which means long and demanding hours and late nights and I was struggling to keep up with my own day! I also have chronic arthritis so I really did have all the excuses in the world. My unique situation required specialist help, I was no longer self motivated, the more research I did on what food’s to eat and when to eat them, the more I became overwhelmed and the more it reinforced my feelings that it’s all too hard! INSERT BONDI VIXEN … I started with the CONQUER 28 Challenge which I LOVED!! It ticked so many boxes within my criteria - it was a short enough amount of time to stay motivated but enough time to get some serious results. The program was completely broken down into plain english, it gave me choices when it came to meal times, there was plenty of eating involved which was another big win for me! The meal plans made my woolies journey easy, a variety of class times meant I could easily work around my long and random working hours. Plus an amazing group of trainers helped to ensure my challenged body stayed in good working order! All of a sudden my seemingly unrealistic list of demands was being broken down into something achievable.
Second time around I knew what to expect and that's why I did it, I seriously needed the inspiration to follow through with the CONQUER 28 Challenge but being with a group such as Bondi Vixen makes it so easy, everyone's so supportive of each other and encouraging. Four weeks is really achievable it has reset my mindset in regards to training again and eating correctly, I have so much more energy and feel lighter and happier within myself. Mentally it's an amazing thing to do, to follow through and achieve a goal sets you up for further challenges in your life and conquering anything you put your mind to. On the last day I did 3 classes in a row.... why? Not to prove anything to anyone but to prove something to myself.... I am strong, I am worthy and I CAN achieve anything I put my mind to. For me more than physical (which is a bonus as it's a no brainer you do lose weight we know that) it's a mental challenge, I'm proud of myself for getting through another one and excited about training again.
